Green Pine Tree Studio was created
as a space where creativity and restoration meet.
Hi! I’m Stacey
I am an interdisciplinary artist and educator whose practice bridges visual art and contemplative experience. My works on paper emerge through process-centered exploration, while my shrines and niches combine found objects, mirrors, mosaic glass, vintage instruments, and elements from the natural world to create small sanctuaries for reflection and quiet enjoyment. The same themes that appear throughout my artwork — guided rest as a creative act of presence — also inform my work facilitating yoga nidra, breathwork, and sound-based meditation practices and workshops.
After years of living in a constant state of exhaustion and overwhelm, I have found healing in quiet rhythms — silence, nature, breath, sound, and creative expression — and I now understand how deeply connected the mind and body truly are. Whether in a studio, classroom, gallery, or shared community space, each of my offerings are designed to gently support nervous system regulation and create space to slow down, reconnect, and restore.
