Hi! I’m Stacey

A few years ago, I realized I was living off adrenaline and cortisol in a constant state of fight-or-flight. I was tired but couldn’t rest, anxious about anything and everything, my mind felt constantly scrambled, and it was starting to manifest in my body in a weary, bone-tired way. I knew it wasn’t sustainable and that something was going to have to change, but I couldn’t figure out where to go. After a lot of time spent in silence with my feet in the grass, I discovered that the soundbite of “mind/body/spirit connection” is actually true, and that caused me to return to a neglected yoga practice that began 25 years ago, as well as seeking out authors and teachers through whom I learned a better way to approach my life.

I’m continually learning, and one thing I’ve realized is that I can bring a little grace note that causes a ripple to spread into the world’s emotional and spiritual ecosystems. My degrees in education and art, combined with training in yoga nidra, sound healing, and meditation have given me the tools needed to live out that calling. Green Pine Tree Studio is a place for the open heart, for spiritual seekers who believe in the sacredness of all things. I am a Christ-follower and often speak in terms of Jesus’ teaching on love of neighbor, creation, and of self, but this is a space dedicated to anyone of any belief system who is interested in crafting a life.
