Madeline L'Engle said, "When we were children, we used to think that when we were grown up we would no longer be vulnerable. But to grow up is to accept vulnerability...To be alive is to be vulnerable."

I don't know how you're feeling these days, but I find myself feeling very, very vulnerable. Which is a good thing, because if Ms.L'Engle is correct, it means I'm alive and still able to be a force for good in the world!

Recently I learned that the Hubble telescope has been working over the last decade combining images to construct a panoramic view of our known universe...and it was just finished! Yay, Hubble! The child in me was overwhelmed with the beauty, and the vulnerable adult that I am now remembered the wise words of Mr. Fred Rogers that "even the stars in the sky come from Love."
