Little Calm Club
(ages 4-7)
Little Calm Club is a nurturing, playfully guided class designed to help young children feel safe, relaxed, and supported as they learn early tools for managing big feelings and anxiety.
Through age-appropriate yoga nidra (guided rest), simple breathing games, soothing sound experiences, and creative art activities, children are gently guided into a state of calm while engaging their imagination and senses.
Sessions are designed to feel cozy, predictable, and fun—not quiet or strict. Children are invited to lie down, listen to calming stories, explore gentle sounds, breathe like animals, and express themselves through art.

Peaceful Minds Studio is a gentle, supportive class designed to help children ages 8–12 manage anxiety, build emotional awareness, and feel more at ease in their bodies and minds. Offered in small group sessions, this class provides a safe and welcoming space for kids to slow down, relax, and express themselves.
Each session weaves together child-friendly yoga nidra, simple breath techniques, soothing sound baths, and guided process-based art experiences. Through rest, sound, mindful breathing, and creative exploration, children learn tools to calm their nervous systems, release tension, and better understand their feelings—without pressure to perform or “get it right.”
The art activities focus on the process rather than the final product, allowing children to express emotions and build confidence through creativity. Sessions are intentionally small to support connection, comfort, and individual needs.
