What can I expect during a session?
You don’t need any special equipment, but if you have a yoga mat from home that you like to use feel free to bring it! When you arrive you can expect a peaceful and serene space where we'll spend a few minutes with some easy breathing techniques to prepare and quiet the mind for the practice of mediation, yoga nidra, and/or sound bath. Wear comfortable, non-constraining clothing that will allow you to breath deeply and rest comfortably.
